- It is about a 40-minute drive from the city, where the main tourist attractions of Gyeongju are located.
- It is located on a quiet beach, so it is good not to be crowded with people.
- It is cost-effective to let the kids play in the hotel pool.
- The service from the staff varies greatly in attitude, so I can’t give it top ratings. While responding, the staff sighed heavily, making me feel like a difficult customer, which was a bit unpleasant. Rather than just doing their best as new employees, I hope they can change their attitude toward customer service.
- The breakfast was reasonable for the price.
- Enjoying a beer while watching the moon rise over the sea with a cool breeze from the rooftop bar was nice.
- The building is divided into several sections, which is a bit inconvenient. However, the facilities and cleanliness in the room are excellent; above all, it’s really nice to be able to see the sunrise from the ocean view room. It became quite cold in the morning, but it was really nice to watch the sunrise from my room.
- This Best Western Plus is relatively new on the edge of Gyeongju. Many rooms offer great ocean views at some expense of convenience. If you want to spend time dining and sightseeing in Gyeongju’s downtown area, you would be better off staying closer there. But if you’re seeking tranquility near the ocean countryside, this hotel makes for an excellent choice.
- The hotel is modern; rooms are clean and equipped with good amenities including bathtubs and bidets that ensure comfort overall. There’s also a swimming pool, gym, sauna, arcade room plus free laundromat services. Most staff members speak some English but misunderstandings may occur.
- In terms of shortcomings, basic rooms tend to be rather small and white LED lighting feels somewhat harsh for my taste. Still considering most rooms’ views combined with reasonable rates makes this hotel appealing for me.
- I was satisfied with my upgrade to an ocean view; it felt amazing being away from city noise while enjoying such scenic beauty.
- I traveled long distances with my partner for New Year holidays and had such an enjoyable experience here! On our first day we loved staying at this accommodation; street food stalls nearby were delightful at night too! The hotel’s layout felt complicated initially like a maze but I got used to it eventually; unfortunately though convenience store operates only during daytime hours and sauna was under construction during our stay. I look forward returning once warmer weather arrives as well as acknowledging how kind and friendly all staff members were!
