• This is the place I stay every time I visit Tongyeong. The advantages are the hotel-level cleanliness and reliable service. The staff are friendly, the underground parking is spacious, and the air conditioning and hot water are great. For the convenience of foreign guests, both 110V and 220V outlets are available.
• However, compared to a 5-star hotel, it’s somewhat disappointing. The rooftop infinity pool hours are too short during the weekdays (even unavailable in the evening), and the izakaya doesn’t open. Accommodation is inexpensive during the week, but there are no places to have fun.
• There’s nothing around, so I ordered room service for dinner. The room service is delicious, but please expand the menu as there’s a lack of protein.
• The most surprising thing this time was that although the room has an ocean view, the window was so dirty that I had to go out to the balcony to take a photo.
• Breakfast: The beef soup is delicious. However, there were no summer fruits at all, just pineapple and orange, so the fruit lover was saddened.
• Also, the staff didn’t guide me to a seat. They used to do that before.
• Sauna: When I revisited, unexpectedly, I was given a postcard along with coffee and a free sauna coupon, so I excitedly went to the sauna. But if I had to pay for it, I don’t know.
• Other small notable points: The restroom on the first floor was hot. Only there the air conditioning wasn’t working well.
• The bathroom door in the room doesn’t close completely and is slightly open. It might bother couples.
• Having four towels for two people is a bit tight. It would be nice to have an extra towel for drying hands.
• However, there isn’t a hotel with this cost-performance ratio, so I intend to revisit.
• I have stayed at most of the hotels in Tongyeong, but Stanford Hotel Tongyeong is incomparable.
• The accommodation is clean and flawless. I felt that it is well-maintained.
• The ondol room poses almost no risks when traveling with small children, allowing for a comfortable stay.
• I had great satisfaction when using the dining area on the first floor for dinner. This time, I utilized the izakaya operating on the second floor, and their kindness made it so that I did not feel any discomfort.
• It seemed many of the restaurant staff have been there for a long time, indicating high guest satisfaction. They remembered my previous discomforts without any other requests from me.
• A very beautiful place with great scenery. I would recommend taking a sea view room, as you can enjoy sunrise from your bed. The staff were really sweet and lovely.
• The facilities are excellent, with a CU convenience store right below, fully equipped gym, sauna and bakery within premises.
• I chose Stanford Hotel Tongyeong for my southern coast trip and decided to stay in a condo. Upon entering my room, I was satisfied with its spacious layout and overall cleanliness; plus it had an ocean view!
• I posted a picture but seeing it in person was even better.
  My companion enjoyed having comfortable sleep!
• The breakfast had various options,
  which explained why there was a long line in front of restaurant!
• I thoroughly enjoyed my 3-night stay at Stanford Hotel & Resort.
  My ocean-view room offered gorgeous views of nearby islands.
• The room featured amenities like mini fridge and armchair ,
  making it comfortable .
• While everything included is nice ,
  everything else costs extra .
• Fortunately , it’s only about 5 minutes walk to nearest coffee shop (Ediya) .
