- Although we had some initial confusion about breakfast not being included, the staff handled it with grace and kindness. Their warm welcome turned our experience into something memorable!
- The room met expectations for a four-star hotel; while it felt slightly dated, everything was clean. Even if our city view wasn’t spectacular, we loved how friendly and helpful the staff were throughout our stay.
