- The hotel room was clean, and upon request, you could get extra toiletries or an iron with an ironing board by calling the reception. There was a jacuzzi on the roof, but the bubbles couldn’t be turned on. From the swimming pool, you can see the sea and the port. The bar is closed on Mondays, but you can still access the rooftop terrace.
- I like the location and staff. It is value for money to stay here. I suggest this hotel if you travel to Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Anyhow, one thing I do not like is that the shower room is not good enough. After taking a shower, the outside area around the shower room is very wet. The hotel should fix this problem.
- Very close to Canteras sandy beach (watch out for jellyfish), many restaurants and bars around.
- Nice staff and clean room.

- Bus stop very close; old town is 30 minutes away.
- Parking is very difficult; no street parking around the hotel.
- Very poor insulation (single windows); ventilation in the bathroom just a simple hole. As a result, it is very difficult to sleep due to noise from the street and other rooms.
- The room was worn out, especially the plastic floor imitating wood. Bathroom was cold with no view from the room because other houses were too close.

- Paid parking close by but needs a bigger sign outside of hotel; passed it a couple of times. Room could do with upgrading if 4-star quality; flooring old; windows allowed noise through; new larger shower head needed as plastic shower base was very springy and slippery; room quite basic with an uncomfortable hard mattress. Did enjoy my stay overall.
