Everything was perfect! I rated the facilities a 4 because it’s a small hotel with limited options, but everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff really goes the extra mile for you. Plus, the central Madrid location is unbeatable—don’t miss the rooftop!
This hotel is excellent with elegant furnishings, walking distance to all monuments. Rooms are beautifully appointed with hot water and nice pressure in the bathrooms. Just a heads up—the room felt a bit dark due to weak LED lights, and there were no USB chargers available.
