- I had a very satisfying trip at MGH Mitsui Garden Hotel Taipei Zhongxiao! The hotel is super safe, with staff always at the front desk and a card key required for the elevator. Plus, it’s right next to the MRT exit, so getting around is a breeze.
- The hygiene was impressive; everything felt clean and fresh. I especially enjoyed the large public bath in the morning—it was beautifully maintained.
- The staff were fantastic! There’s someone fluent in Japanese and English at the front desk, which made me feel really comfortable. Their service was top-notch, including housekeeping.
- Room amenities were plentiful! They provided plastic bottles of water, towels, and toiletries every time they cleaned my room. I loved that there were more bath towels than guests!
- The facilities are great—my room was spacious enough for three people with high ceilings that made it feel even larger. The air conditioning worked perfectly too.
- The location is unbeatable! It’s conveniently located near major metro lines, making travel around Taipei hassle-free.
- One thing to note is the bathroom design; it’s quite transparent! This might be awkward if you’re sharing with others. However, when I requested changes to improve privacy, the staff responded quickly and effectively.
- I can’t recommend this hotel enough! It’s definitely one of my favorites in Taiwan due to its comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service.
