I had a very satisfying trip at MGH Mitsui Garden Hotel Taipei Zhongxiao! The hotel is super safe, with staff always at the front desk and a card key required for the elevator. Plus, it’s right next to the MRT exit, so getting around is a breeze.
The hygiene was impressive; everything felt clean and fresh. I especially enjoyed the large public bath in the morning—it was beautifully maintained.
The staff were fantastic! There’s someone fluent in Japanese and English at the front desk, which made me feel really comfortable. Their service was top-notch, including housekeeping.
Room amenities were plentiful! They provided plastic bottles of water, towels, and toiletries every time they cleaned my room. I loved that there were more bath towels than guests!
The facilities are great—my room was spacious enough for three people with high ceilings that made it feel even larger. The air conditioning worked perfectly too.
The location is unbeatable! It’s conveniently located near major metro lines, making travel around Taipei hassle-free.
One thing to note is the bathroom design; it’s quite transparent! This might be awkward if you’re sharing with others. However, when I requested changes to improve privacy, the staff responded quickly and effectively.
I can’t recommend this hotel enough! It’s definitely one of my favorites in Taiwan due to its comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service.
