I recently stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Patong Beach Resort and had an absolutely superb experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making my birthday extra special with complimentary drinks and a late check-out.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I loved the private balcony for unwinding after a day of exploring.
The breakfast buffet was impressive, featuring a variety of local Thai dishes alongside Western options. Perfect for starting the day right!
The hotel is very solo traveler-friendly, feeling safe and conveniently located just a short walk from Patong Beach while still being peaceful.
I appreciated the warm hospitality from all staff members throughout my stay; they genuinely made me feel welcome.
The location is fantastic, allowing easy access to food areas and tour booths along Patong Beach.
The resort has multiple pools, with the main one facing the sea being a highlight for many guests.
Families will love it here too, as there’s a kids’ playroom that keeps little ones entertained while parents relax.

Check-in starts at 3:00 PM, which gives you a little flexibility to settle in after your travels.
