The staff were very friendly and helpful. The standard room was spacious and clean, providing a quiet and relaxing atmosphere despite being near a busy road. Conveniently located across from a 7-11 with numerous bars and restaurants nearby.
Botan from Reception provided exceptional service by assisting in retrieving an item left at Phuket airport. The villa preference for proximity to the pool could not be accommodated due to prior bookings. The gym was new, clean, and well-equipped. The location offered easy access to various dining options, massage places, and the beach within a short walking distance.
Staff were wonderful and welcoming, especially accommodating towards families with children. The family suite villa was ideal with direct access to the pool. Proximity to Lamai Beach was excellent, just a 5 to 7-minute walk away. Breakfast varied daily and met all expectations.
Spent five enjoyable nights in a spacious two-bedroom villa with a lovely bathroom. It was conveniently located just five minutes from the beach amidst many restaurants, shops, and bars. Friendly staff assisted with taxi arrangements and laundry services.
Rooms were very spacious with all necessary amenities, complemented by welcoming staff including security personnel. Although not directly on the beach, it was only a three-minute walk from Lamai Beach in an area bustling with activity.
