The room itself at Nomads was perfect. Enjoyed the bed layout, having your own little pod. The Thai staff frequently cleaned the room, even tidying clothes left by roommates. However, this hostel is very much party-centered, with socializing primarily revolving around drinking every night.
Stayed here for 6 nights and extended my stay every day. The staff were lovely and the location is convenient, within a 15-minute walk to everything. Rooms and showers were clean, with quick resolutions to any water issues. Daily fun events like pub crawls and island hopping tours are organized.
The staff are very welcoming and always smiling. Rooms are cleaned daily, with various games and parties each night. This is a party hostel with continuous music, so those seeking quiet may want to consider other options.
It felt overwhelming when I checked in due to loud music. Daily activities are organized for guests to sign up for at reception. The majority of guests were not diverse, and I felt like a minority. Rooms are thoroughly cleaned every morning, but shared bathrooms are outside the rooms.
