• Helpful staff who spoke English and provided a clean, comfortable environment. Although the hotel is surrounded by car showcases, it’s conveniently located within walking distance to the metro for easy access around Izmir.
• The breakfast was delicious, and there are several cozy restaurants nearby for dinner. The staff’s friendliness really added to the overall experience!
• While it’s somewhat far from the center of Izmir, this hotel is great for your arrival day. Most attractions can be easily reached via Uber or subway. Plus, there’s a Starbucks on the first floor and a mall right next door—perfect for short stays of 1-2 days!
• Free indoor parking is definitely a plus if you’re driving.
• However, there were some areas needing improvement: I noticed a terrible toilet smell on the 9th floor, and despite requests, the body wash container remained empty during my stay.
• The room cleaning service could use some attention; towels weren’t replaced and drinking water wasn’t replenished either.
• On a positive note, room service was prompt! They even treated me to a Turkish coffee on the house—a perfect way to kickstart my morning!
