• If you don’t care about cleanliness and basic amenities but care about unlimited drinks and food, then this is the hotel you should book. Cleanliness was horrible; the toilet was never clean, and the room floor was always sandy. We had to clean the toilet every day. The AC was nonexistent and only worked sometimes with a loud noise. Wifi was mediocre, often unreliable. Guests reserved pool seating by leaving towels, making it hard to find a spot during peak times. When we asked for tissues and toothpaste, staff rudely told us to buy them ourselves.
• Great hotel with delicious food and lots of variety. Comfortable beds, great shower, modern room, right on the beach without crowds. Friendly staff and good Wi-Fi connection in the room, lobby, and even on the beach.

• We enjoyed this resort; the staff were friendly, rooms spacious, and food surprisingly good. However, many guests reserved beach loungers early without using them for hours. There was also a significant issue with smoking outdoors that detracted from the experience for non-smokers.
• An all-inclusive resort at a prime location providing all facilities for a vacation where you don’t need to go anywhere else. Efficient staff and excellent buffet food nearly all day make it a perfect retreat with great value for money.
