The air conditioning in the room was exceptionally good. The room was clean and well-designed. Location was excellent, close to Westfield shopping mall and Stratford tube station. However, cleaning and turndown service incurs an extra charge that was not clearly stated before booking.
Ideal location for accessing Southeast line to Pancras station. Despite being away from central Piccadilly area, the proximity to Westfield Mall and a convenience store made it very convenient. The staff were welcoming and friendly.
Impressive cleanliness and attention to detail. The kitchenette in the room is useful for travelers who prefer preparing their own meals. The surroundings were surprisingly quiet despite proximity to the train station.
Reception area lacked professionalism and warmth. Staff interactions were often dry and unenthusiastic, giving an impression of indifference towards guest experience.
Rooms can be tight for four adults with large luggage but are comfortable overall. Breakfast was superb, service very good, and facilities like the laundry room were convenient. The area is safe and quiet.
Laundry facilities available at reasonable rates (£3 to wash, £1 to dry). Car parking is nearby at £8 per 24 hours, with a £100 deposit required that is returned after 6 days of check-out. No cleaning or towel change provided without additional payment.
