- The Ainscow Hotel was a practical choice for my stay. The bathtub was exactly what I needed for relaxing in the winter. The location is convenient for walking around the city and catching a bus. However, the room was basic with noticeable gaps around the door. While the location wasn’t ideal and the room could use some improvements, considering the price and my last-minute booking, it was acceptable. It may not be the best choice for solo female travelers seeking more comfort and security.
- Arriving in battered shape due to the train strike, we were greeted by very helpful staff at Ainscow. They understood our needs well. Despite missing one day of our planned trip, the hotel’s excellent location allowed us to explore places of interest in the city center within a day.
- This hotel is clean with nice and helpful staff. Breakfast was good, but I had a creepy experience when I received an early morning call that wasn’t pleasant at all. It is recommended that single women should avoid staying on the ground floor as I forgot to ask for a different room due to fatigue upon arrival.
- Hotel was a bit out of the centre but not too far. Lovely & clean with pleasant staff & excellent breakfast. It was slightly noisy from traffic since we were on the ground floor, but it didn’t hinder our sleep; it just meant we couldn’t leave the window open.
- Excellent location for Old Trafford. Staff were amazing, breakfast was lovely, and my room was one of the best I’ve stayed in at a 4-star hotel. Will definitely recommend!
