The location is super convenient, making it easy to explore Birmingham. The property is clean, which is always a plus! However, the staff could use a bit more warmth and attentiveness to really elevate the experience.
Lovely hotel with excellent facilities, especially the health suite where my son enjoyed his swim! The room, bed, and breakfast were top-notch. I’d definitely come back again for another stay!
Great experience at the hotel, but I had some hiccups with the Agoda app regarding payment issues. Thankfully, the hotel staff was incredibly accommodating and saved my weekend conference from being a disaster!

Just a few minutes’ walk from NEC, with plenty of parking available at a reasonable rate. The staff were super helpful, and breakfast was exceptional—definitely more variety than I’ve seen in pricier hotels!
