• Location and facilities is very nice! There’s only 3 issues; 1. Because of the storm, all train services were cancelled and we had postponed our trip for one day, so we checked in on the next day. But we could not negotiate for any kind of refund. 2. We stayed there 2 times one day apart as we went to Scotland for one night stay, on second time check-in, they tried to collect room fees on check-in even though I’ve already paid full payment, and they said that’s because of system error. But it will be double pay unless I checked my booking. It should not be happened! 3. Our first stay was very nice as our room is on second floor, peaceful, quiet and cozy and getting a good sleep and rest. But on second time check-in, our room was on ground floor and there’re a lot of noise from cars, people, workers, cleaners and from bars and restaurants; we could not sleep almost the whole night.
• Accommodation at Stewart by Heeton Concept is several times better than similar-priced options in Edinburgh. It features a structure similar to a Korean officetel with a kitchen, living room, and bedroom. The kitchen includes essential appliances like a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, and cooking utensils. The smart TV allows streaming services like YouTube.
• The location is right across from Edinburgh Castle. Tourist attractions are within a 30-minute walk while the train station is approximately 15 minutes away. Although it’s not in the absolute center of the city, it’s ideal for walking through beautiful streets.
• Accommodation in Edinburgh can be expensive, but this serviced apartment offers great value with its fully equipped kitchen (no seasonings or oil provided), functioning oven and microwave along with dishwasher access.
• Convenience items like coffee supplies are available free of charge from the ground floor. Although I faced an issue receiving my check-in email via Agoda due to system errors, the front desk resolved it quickly over the phone.
• The provided sofa bed accommodates multiple guests comfortably, coming with individual mattresses per person which enhances comfort during your stay.
• The air conditioning unit is located only in the bedroom; however, summer temperatures in Edinburgh typically do not necessitate cooling throughout. Self check-in was easy while checkout was also straightforward; I would consider staying here again next time.
• I booked a one-room apartment where the sofa converts into two beds, accommodating up to four guests. Although it felt slightly cramped for four people, it included essential amenities such as a small kitchenette with washing machine and dryer.
• The place was clean^…, about ten minutes’ walk to Princess Street.
  There is no on-site parking available but I used Castle Hill parking with a discount code provided by the apartment at £18 per 24 hours; note that this accommodation can be somewhat pricey overall.
• The hotel has proximity to the train station;
  however, self-help check-in equipment lacks user-friendliness.
  If you’re fortunate enough,
  you might find staff assistance available between 10 am – 4:30 pm. Cooking dinner at the hotel can save money during your stay.
