• The location was wonderful, and the facilities and amenities were well-equipped. Every night, the staff brought hand cream along with water service, making it feel like a little luxury. The thorough cleaning added to the comfort of our stay.
• This hotel is beautiful, though some aspects are starting to show their age. However, it remains very clean and most of the service is good; just keep in mind that the bellboys might not be as helpful as you’d hope.
• My husband and I stayed in a Harborview room, and wow, the view! The breeze off the water combined with the sights and sounds of the harbor created such an amazing atmosphere. The staff and facilities were top-notch – we’ll definitely return when we’re back in Boston!
• The location and food were excellent. Just a heads up on costs – the taxes and local charges were higher than expected. Most staff were great, but there were some hiccups with housekeeping. They did apologize though, which was nice, plus they offered a good discount for my four-day stay.
• Not worth the price. I had issues at check-in, found the bed uncomfortable, and experienced problems with A/C not working properly. I would choose another hotel next time.
