- The location was amazing, within walking distance from the Magnificent Mile and a short distance from Navy Pier. The hotel is clean, and the staff is friendly and super helpful. Overall, I would give my stay an 8/10 and would definitely book to stay here again.
- Its superb location is a very great advantage. The spacious room, excellent air conditioning, and courteous staff make it highly recommendable for anyone visiting Downtown Chicago.
- This place is calm and quiet, just one block away from the main downtown street. Everything is clean, and the staff are really nice.
- While the hotel was beautiful and clean with friendly staff, there were unnecessary charges like a destination fee of $31.40 per day. This fee seemed excessive on top of room rate taxes and fees.
- The hotel provided connecting rooms which were great for our long trip, allowing us to relax without using the hotel corridor. The concierge provided excellent directions for an architecture tour that we almost missed due to our late check-in time.
- We decided to extend our stay for an additional day due to high satisfaction with both Chicago and the hotel. The front desk helped consolidate transportation fees for parking on our last day while allowing us to use part of it for breakfast at the restaurant, which exceeded expectations in terms of cleanliness and healthiness.
- On check-in day, welcome cookies were available in the lobby; however, they were only offered on weekends.
- A thoughtful gesture occurred when Roana left cookies and milk under my door after noticing my movements around the hotel. This level of service truly impressed me during my stay at Loews Chicago.
