Booked this place because it was a last minute decision to take a trip to visit son in college. Plus pricing on Agoda was a good deal too. I was happy that it wasn’t too busy when we went. Not many restaurants or shopping areas within walking distance, but it was not too far to get to places to shop and eat.
Calm resort setting, relaxing, close to everything (well, it’s San Diego, so everything is close to everything). Good water sports for teens, Mission Bay is very calm yet kids can still have lots of fun.
Satisfying and complete facilities for seminars.
Super friendly welcome and the guys over at the Cove were fantastic. Attentive and always willing make recommendations etc.
Very nice hotel, had a meal at the beach bar which was poor and cost $100, which we thought very expensive for the quality.
