• This was a “staycation” for us. The staff was friendly and the bed incredibly comfortable. We loved how quiet the room was, especially with the white noise feature on the Shashi app. However, we did experience some issues with the app turning off unexpectedly during the night. The lights flickered on our first night but were promptly fixed, and they kindly comped us breakfast as an apology.
• The spa facilities were impressive, although the heated pool felt a bit small and wasn’t warm enough to float comfortably in during our evening swim. Additionally, while they advertised yoga and zumba classes, those weren’t available during our stay. Still, a few attractions are within walking distance and downtown Mountain View is just a short drive away.
• If you’re attending a show at Shoreline, this hotel is perfect! It’s only a 15-minute walk to the venue with plenty of pedicabs available if you prefer not to walk. Just keep in mind that food options can be pricey here; it’s more upscale than casual dining.
• I recommend booking directly through the hotel instead of third-party sites like Agoda. They often have strict cancellation policies that can leave you feeling stuck if plans change—the hotel itself may be willing to accommodate changes if you contact them directly.
• The hotel’s location is very convenient and it boasts modern amenities throughout. One downside was that we couldn’t adjust the air conditioning to our preferred temperature—definitely something to check on next time! Regardless, we would happily stay here again.
• Our group had an enjoyable stay at this property with easy access to nearby attractions. The staff was consistently friendly and ready to help with any questions we had. While there were minor cleanliness issues in some corridors and bathrooms could use better maintenance, overall it provided great value for budget-conscious travelers.
• We stayed for just one night with our little infant and found everything accommodating! Check-in was quick; they set up a crib within minutes and even offered us a welcome drink! The room had all necessary amenities—we’d definitely choose this place again.
