- Our family has booked here a few times and every vacation it has been great! So spacious with everything needed. You don’t have to worry about shampoo, conditioner, or body wash; they have it all. They even provide a washer and dryer with detergent to wash your clothes. So convenient and for the price, you can’t beat it. We will definitely continue to stay at this resort.
- Had a great time! Room was spacious and clean. Amenities are amazing! Kids had a blast!
- This is always my go-to resort and I was here to have a good time with my family only to have an unpleasant night every night. My husband and I woke up itching often day one and two. I found one bug then two. I looked up bed bugs only to find those I found on our mattress and on the side. We were getting all bit up. The rooms in the registration building are not good. We usually get the outside condos which are very clean and pleasant. I’d never stay in Registration building rooms ever again.
- This resort is our favorite resort in the Orlando area. Safe area, clean, well-maintained grounds, and friendly staff.
- We checked in the front desk told us the unit was cleaned and ready; in fact, it was not. The cleaner took 45 minutes to finish cleaning then nothing in the apartment was working. We had multiple calls in to bring things and fix things. It ruined our whole vacation trying to get this place clean and working properly. The GM of the property is unwilling to refund our money! No one takes responsibility for anything here, blame one another, and tell the paying customer that they are somehow at fault. I would never come back here, even if it was free! They told me that the unit was getting upgraded soon, but that doesn’t do anything for me. The AC unit had not been cleaned ever; it was so dirty! Black!! The jacuzzi was filthy shooting out black when we filled it. The dishwasher was full of water and not cleaning the dishes; the clothes washer violently shakes and spins in the closet! Nothing in the unit was working properly and ruined our vacation!
