  • Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak is a fantastic vacation spot, especially for families! The north building offers lovely rooms and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.
  • While the grounds could use a bit more upkeep, with daily pool cleanings, it would really enhance the experience since there’s quite a bit of foliage that sheds.
  • The restaurant was a highlight of our stay; however, we did encounter some customer service issues with one bartender who could definitely improve her approach.
  • The pools were enjoyable and perfect for kids! Overall, it was a relaxing day despite some minor hiccups.
