I’ve been staying at the Wyndham Bayside in San Diego for over a week now, and I can genuinely say this is one of my favorite hotels in my hometown. The main highlight for me? The bay view balconies. Being able to step outside and look out over the water truly calms my mind.
The rooms are clean, a good size, and very well-maintained. If you can, go for the bay view — it’s worth it!
What really sets this place apart is the staff and service. Ryan, the manager, went above and beyond to give us a great long-stay rate. Every interaction with the team has been professional and kind.
Aurora at the front desk deserves special mention — she was incredibly warm every time we needed assistance. Staff like her make this hotel feel more like home.
Location-wise, it’s unbeatable. The airport is less than a mile away, downtown is minutes away, and there are plenty of dining options nearby.
This hotel is a quiet powerhouse of peace right in the middle of the city — perfect for anyone looking to reset or recharge.
