• Overall a wonderful experience staying with my family in the centre of the old quarter and only 4 doors down from Pizza 4ps. The hotel offered a clean, modern and spacious premiere room. Kids loved it! Staff at the front desk and door were always cheerful.
• The buffet breakfast was amazing. Lot of variety, great quantity and quality of food. The breakfast room overlooks the Hoan Kiem Lake, making dining there enjoyable.
• This is a place where a family of three stayed for three nights. The location of the hotel was of utmost importance, being close to tourist attractions that we could walk to.
• The front and bell desk staff at Bonsella Hotel are some of the most exceptional I’ve encountered in my travels. They helped arrange transportation to and from the airport for my family.
• Room quite big compared to other hotels in the Old Quarter. Close to many restaurants with local delicacies, including Pizza 4P just 20 meters away.
