Check-in was smooth with a friendly staff and a free upgrade. However, the lack of greeting at arrival was disappointing. The breakfast received high praise for its location, views, and variety of delicious food.
While the hotel is generally clean, it shows signs of aging. The gym facilities are lacking, and outdated designs fail to meet modern standards. Accessing the entrance can be challenging without ramps, especially after a long trip.
Despite needing updates, we enjoyed our comfortable stay due to the fantastic riverside location. Friendly staff and an adequate buffet breakfast contributed positively to our experience.
