• The staff, particularly John and Chuong, were incredibly helpful, earning a perfect score of 10/10. We also appreciate the anniversary greetings.
• The breakfast received a perfect score of 10/10, with helpful staff and delicious food. We especially enjoyed the Vietnamese coffee.
• The room was rated 10/10 for its cleanliness, organization, and spaciousness, considering its price. The air conditioning was also excellent.
• The location was given a perfect score of 10/10, being conveniently situated near eateries, spas, and other attractions. It was also an excellent spot to watch the Dragon show at night.

• Walking distance within 15 minutes to most of the inner city tourist spots… Pink Cathedral, Cho Han, Dragon Bridge etc.
• Fantastic view from the roof deck pool. Also size of pool which for Da Nang standard is generous.
• Value for money with varied breakfast buffet with something for everyone to fill them up to start the day.

• Complimentary water came in 2 small bottles daily. Maybe the hotel management can consider providing reusable pitchers or carafes with water refilling stations on every floor.
• The De Luxe Room while comfortable was a little dated with old-ish AC.

• I had a very pleasant stay at Val Soleil Hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job — our room was cleaned every day.
• All the staff were friendly, especially John, who was very nice and helpful throughout our stay.
• The breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and the room had a great view of the Dragon Bridge where you can even see the fire show at night!
• The hotel also helped us arrange tickets and a driver for Ba Na Hills, which was very convenient. Overall, it’s a great hotel with excellent service — highly recommended!

• Our 4-night stay was wonderful! From check-in to check-out, everything was 👌🏻. Special thanks to John from Reception who let us check-in early in our nice room with a view since our flight arrived early and we were so sleepy.
• Room was spacious. Bed was super comfortable. Bathroom had tub and towels are clean and smells nice.
• The highlight was the fantastic view of the Dragon Bridge from our room. Buffet breakfast was superb with plenty choices. Love the coffee. Every morning main dish is different. Will definitely stay again.

• Finding accommodation for a family of five with three children was challenging, but at Val Soleil Hotel, the family room consisted of connecting rooms for a spacious stay.
• The windows were almost floor-to-ceiling, making it great to enjoy the night view of Yong Bridge; the city seen from the rooftop pool in the morning was really wonderful!
• The location is also really good; after checking in, we went to a nearby Yuga fruit store to buy mangoes. There was a convenience store right next to the hotel for snacks for kids.
• After checking out while pulling our suitcase towards Han Market, we spotted the pink cathedral and took quick photos before reaching there! It took us less than 10 minutes including taking pictures with kids!
• The only regret is that we couldn’t use the pool due to time constraints. If we come back to Da Nang, we plan to stay here longer again!
