- New in 2024, the Minerva Premium Hotel is as clean as you would expect from a brand-new establishment. The innovative room features, like buttons for “Do Not Disturb” and “Make Up Room,” ensure privacy without awkward encounters in the hallway. Breakfast is a highlight with a rotating buffet and delicious entrees available to order.
- I had planned my trip around the great reviews, and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this hotel compared to a 5-star stay in Sapa. The cleanliness was top-notch, and I appreciated that breakfast was served continuously when ordering from the menu. Plus, the location made it easy to explore on foot—no need for rides!
- The staff truly makes this hotel special; they consistently went above and beyond during our three visits. We returned to find clean laundry waiting for us each time! The Suite City View offered spacious comfort while maintaining peace and quiet.
- The warmth of the staff made my two-night stay memorable. They were attentive at every turn, which added so much to my experience. Just keep in mind that access to the outdoor jacuzzi is limited to specific room types.
- I booked a junior suite balcony room, and let me tell you—the drainage here was better than what I’ve experienced elsewhere! The air ventilation kept things comfortable throughout my stay, plus breakfast on the 10th floor provided fantastic views alongside delicious food.
- The pho here was the best I had during my entire trip. The hotel’s prime location near shopping streets and currency exchange made everything convenient for travelers.
- A note about laundry services: while they did an excellent job cleaning clothes, be cautious with delicate items due to potential stains from water quality issues. Overall though, I found their service friendly and efficient!
