The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms are commendable. After extending my stay because of unforeseen circumstances, I found myself enjoying the squeaky clean environment and attentive service from the staff. The hotel’s location between Hoàn Kiếm Lake and West Lake made it easy to explore Hanoi!
Breakfast at Lestar is a delightful experience. With a variety of local Vietnamese dishes alongside Western options, there’s something for everyone! The pho was especially tasty — just what you need to start your day right!
Lestar Hotel has excellent customer service. They helped me retrieve a lost bag from Sapa and were always quick to respond. Even when there was noise from construction outside my room, they promptly arranged for a quieter space without any hassle.
Despite some minor issues like tight room sizes or lift delays, the overall experience at Lestar Hotel was fantastic! The friendly doormen and helpful breakfast staff added warmth to my stay, making it memorable.
