- The hotel is located within a 5 minute walk from the airport bus stop and also the train to Soller. It does take about 10 minutes to get to the old town, but we felt safe walking at all times of night and enjoyed the stroll to work off all the tapas we ate. The front desk staff had great recommendations for places to eat and visit. Jose, a front desk host, was also kind to heat up some take out food one night as we had an early morning flight. He went over and above his job and we appreciated it. They have a wonderful rooftop deck with a pool which had a good view for a drink at night.
- It’s ! 10 minutes walk from the center of the city. I prefer avoiding the main street for hotels so this was a perfect distant not too far. They give you a discount for a nearby underground parking garage so if you have a car definitely ask about this before arriving. The workers at the desk were super nice, especially Daniel who helped our check-in. Room didn’t have a great view but the inside was nice and clean with free drinks and amenities!
- The hotel is in a great location within walking distance of Palma city center. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The minibar was free to use, and the hygiene standards were quite good. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and overall, I was very satisfied with the accommodation.
- Good location, good price, and cleanliness. Just need to pay a little attention to parking. It’s close to the old town, making it convenient for sightseeing.
- I think this is the best hotel located in Palma. The location is within walking distance of the train and bus terminals, the facilities are very clean, the staff’s sincerity is exceptional, and most importantly, the interior design of the hotel and breakfast were not only delicious but also prepared very cleanly and beautifully. However, it was disappointing that the Finnish sauna in the basement was not operational.
