- The location is great, but unfortunately, we had no hot water for the first three nights. The baby bed we requested smelled strongly of cat urine, and the TV and hairdryer were also problematic. Breakfast left much to be desired.
- The staff were accommodating, but the location was tricky for tour pickups. The room layout caused our bathroom to stay wet, and cleanliness was an issue with dusty remotes and unwashed glasses. Additionally, the double lock on our bedroom door was broken.
- Reception staff were kind, but we faced several disappointments: poor breakfast variety, lack of water pressure and hot water despite changing rooms, and cleaning only upon request.
- A nice place run by friendly folks; however, it’s hard to reach if you’re carrying a lot of luggage since it’s located in a back alley of the old town. Best suited for those traveling by car or light travelers.
- I recommend it for couples looking for a quiet spot close to main facilities. It’s clean with very good staff and suitable for both long stays and short visits.
