- Lovely room, well-equipped, warm, very clean and comfortable. The bar area was stylish and relaxing, and the staff were friendly and professional. Recommended.
- Friendly reception staff on check in. Complimentary soft drinks and water in fridge and some snacks which is a nice touch. Comfortable beds and windows open in the room. Room was clean upon check in. However, calling reception can be frustrating as it rings for a long time before anyone answers. Most of the staff including the manager were unhelpful, though there were a few who provided good service. The noise levels are high due to poor insulation; you can hear guests walking and talking above you. Pillows were hard and lumpy; I had to request different ones, which were eventually provided. Housekeeping issues included dirty cups left behind after cleaning, with delays in getting replacements.
- Best staff of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. They are great at servicing and even helped coordinate with the hospital for our baby’s illness. Breakfast is great as well. Near shopping center. Will definitely stay at the hotel again on our next visit.
- Fantastic hotel with excellent staff who are very helpful, friendly, and polite. Reception area is inviting with lovely restaurants and a bar where you can sit outside. Room was very clean with amenities like a TV, walk-in shower, kettle, safe, fridge etc. Would definitely stay again.
- I accidentally selected an accessible room which was spacious but featured an outdated standard bathroom with geriatric facilities. Overall it was comfortable but felt dated; other rooms looked much nicer.
