- The hotel is nice and clean, with a lovely live band at the pool that really adds to the atmosphere. The rooftop bar is beautiful, though it’s a bummer that two elevators were broken, making things crowded and hot.
- When checking in, we were surprised by the deposit fees. It was stated on Agoda as $150, but it turned out to be $150 per day plus an additional $50 resort fee and $60 for parking daily. We had hoped the deposit could be used for food at the hotel, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.
- This hotel boasts a great location! The lobby is stunning with plenty of dining options available. The restaurants are outstanding—especially Nube rooftop. Prices are on the higher side but definitely worth it! Our room was spacious enough for our family of four, and having an extra half bath was a big plus. However, some improvements could be made; hallways felt dirty and towels were tiny and rough like sandpaper—not what you’d expect from a 4-star resort. Also, there weren’t enough plates or utensils in the kitchen. Most staff members were friendly and accommodating; I would consider returning if prices stay reasonable.
- I stayed in a huge one-bedroom room with a partial ocean view—it was beautiful without needing to be oceanfront. The staff were attentive and helpful throughout my stay. However, drinks by the pool weren’t great and were quite pricey. Shoutout to Jennifer, our amazing poolside waitress—she was super nice!
- After three nights here, I can confidently say we’re satisfied with both the location and room facilities! Having a separate dining area from the bedroom was fantastic along with a well-equipped kitchen featuring a microwave and electric cooking appliances. We even got free bicycle rentals for two hours each day—a wonderful way to explore Fort Lauderdale Beach!
